The process
It begins with a private conversation
The Terroir Plan has no published price. Every owner is unique: the size, the exact zone within Val d'Orcia, the grape blend and the products included are negotiated directly between the prospective owner and the founding team —Roberto Cipresso and Martín Iglesias.

Due diligence and signing
Our legal team accompanies the share transfer process in Italy. The shares —100 m² each— are placed in your name.
