What is the purchase process like?

The process begins with a KYC (Know Your Customer) through Stripe. We then coordinate the signing of the contract and the registration of share ownership in Italy.

When do I receive my first wine?

The first wine shipment is made after the first harvest following your enrolment. You will receive regular updates on the state of your vineyard.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about Mosaico

No. The KYC process is only an identity verification required by anti-money-laundering regulations for the transfer of company shares. It does not generate any charge on your card. Payment occurs at a later stage, once you have confirmed your decision.

There is no mandatory annual maintenance fee. Members only pay for vinification in the years they choose to make wine, covering the real production cost, agricultural insurance and shipping logistics. If a member chooses not to produce wine that year, there is no annual cost.

The available parcels are assigned in order of enrolment. You will receive the exact map of your fraction, with GPS coordinates of the assigned parcels, together with your shareholding documentation.

The first harvests carry the collective Oria label. From the second year there is the option of a semi-personalised label bearing the owner's name (available as an upgrade).

Yes. Mosaico members have priority to acquire additional fractions and move to the Quadro plan when availability allows. Your initial investment is taken into account in the transition.
